You need a sandwich!!!

For the love of God woman, have a fucking sandwich! I know being the sister of skankbag Parisite Hilton is enough to make anybody puke, repeatedly, but ya got fight it!!!! When you think that a camera supposedly adds at least 10 pounds, this bitch need to EAT!!!!!
